ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL BIO

I am honored to be the Assistant Principal at W.A. Wright Elementary.

I grew up in a small town in Southwest Michigan, where I was a three-sport athlete and my passion for Education was passed down from my family and teachers. After High School, I attended Grace Bible College to continue playing athletics and pursue a degree in Religious Studies, while also attending Cornerstone University and earning a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. After a few years of teaching, I earned a Master's degree in K-6 Reading Literacy From Marygrove College and later attended Lipscomb University for my Administration Licensure. I have experience teaching 3rd, 4th, and 5^th grades in Arizona, Michigan, and Tennessee as well as being an Assistant Principal in Tennessee

I am married to my beautiful wife Jessika and we have three kids: Haddie, Adele and Avis. We live in the Mt. Juliet area, where we enjoy spending time at the pool and hanging out with friends. In my free time, I enjoy attending any type of sporting event, watching movies, and traveling.
